Alexis Gunderson, L.Ac, Dipl. Ac, is the owner of Dubuque Acupuncture in Dubuque, Iowa. She is a state licensed acupuncturist and a nationally board-certified acupuncturist by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (NCCAOM).
Alexis completed her post graduate three-year 2,148 hour masters level Acupuncture certification program and graduated with honors at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine.
She also completed a two-and-a-half-year internship at Beijing Acupuncture where she studied under Oriental Medicine Doctors (OMD) that had over 35 years of experience in acupuncture. During that internship Alexis successfully treated a wide range of varying and sometimes very complex complaints.
